Data Deletion
Effective November 7, 2026.
You can ask for your RUINSTATE account and the data connected to it to be deleted at any time. This covers accounts created as a guest or with email, Google or Facebook.
While signed in
Open Account Settings, tap Delete my account, read the warning and type DELETE to confirm. The request is tied to your signed-in account; nobody can request it for another player from that screen.
If you cannot sign in
Send the team a deletion request below. Use the email connected to your account when possible, and include enough information for us to verify ownership. Do not include your password, sign-in code or card details.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in details, including basic information shared by a connected sign-in provider.
- Your settlement, progress, items, crew and profile.
- Your messages and profile picture.
We may keep limited information when required, such as purchase records or records needed to prevent cheating and abuse. Requesting deletion does not automatically reverse a purchase.
How long it takes
Requests are completed within 30 days after ownership is verified. We will confirm once your data has been removed.
Removing provider access
You can remove RUINSTATE from your Google or Facebook account in that provider's connected-app settings. This stops new information sharing, but does not delete your game account on its own.
