Playing RUINSTATE

RUINSTATE is free to play in a web browser and through supported app versions. Features, balance and content may evolve as the game develops. By playing or contributing player content, you agree to these Terms and the community rules below.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Guest progress can be lost if you clear your browser or sign out before securing the account.
• You can request account and data deletion in Account Settings or through the public Data Deletion page.

Fair play and player content

• No cheating, bots, scripts, or exploiting bugs. Report bugs instead.
• No using multiple accounts to boost or funnel resources to another account.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, illegal content, spam or sharing another person's private information.
• Player names, profile content, chat and messages must follow these same rules.

We may filter, report, remove or restrict content and warn, mute, suspend or remove accounts that break these rules. Use the in-game report and block controls or Player Support when another player breaks these rules.

In-game items and purchases

Credits, Shards and items are digital game content with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for money or cashed out. When optional purchases are offered, the price and included items are shown before you confirm, and the checkout identifies the payment provider. Purchased digital content is for your game account only.

The Backroom uses in-game Credits, not real-money wagers, and offers no cash-out. Chance-based rewards are explained on the Odds & drop rates screen or beside the applicable purchase. Purchase problems can be raised through Player Support.

The world of RUINSTATE

The wasteland may include simulated in-world characters that play by the game's published rules.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the game develops. Continuing to play means you accept the current version.
